Unusual Farmhouse Dining Table with Flaps c.1860

A very practical French farmhouse dining table, the top has 2 flaps which can open and close to save space in the room. Can be used with both flaps closed, one open or both open. The flaps are supported by lopers that pull out. Lovely hand forged hinges. Made from solid oak and we have stripped it for a fresh look but could be waxed to any colour or shade if desired.
