Large Carved Oak Dolphin Centre Table c.1860

A superb large size oak centre or hall table made in The French / Belgium border area around the mid 19th Century. These are commonly called Dolphin tables due the carved dolphin feet and come in a few sizes this being the largest. The profusely carved base is crisp and very well executed out of solid oak. It has a single large (full width) drawer to one side and of course it is the same on all sides to be free standing in the room. We have bleached this for a fresh lighter look but could be waxed to any colour or shade if desired.
