French Early Oak Sideboard c.1780

A lovely French farmhouse oak cupboard, sideboard or dresser, hard to date but certainly 18th Century. Made from solid oak and very heavy, the back is a delight made from 2 planks. The 2 doors have lovely original hang forged catches and open to reveal a single shelf. We have bleached this charming piece for a fresh look but can be waxed to any colour or shade desired.
