French Chromed Cocktail Trolley

A super example of a French Drinks or Cocktail Trolley. This is an earlier example than most that you see dating to the 1930s. Of excellent quality and usually chromed which is now fading but gives a great look. Both tiers lift off and the top one has carrying handles.
