French Carved Oak Tavern Scene Bench

A great French carved oak bench having the desired tavern scene panels. Lift up lid for storage. The lions on the arms are particularly good ones and well carved. It dates to the mid 19th century and we have lightly bleached it to bring out the carvings. In overall excellent condition for the home.
