French 3 Part Duchesse Brisee/2 Chairs and Stool

A wonderful mid 19th Century Duchesse Brisee, set consists of 2 Bergere armchairs and a stool, all 3 pieces slot together, the stool can be used with either chair. Made from solid Walnut and beautifully carved. The set is strong and sturdy and extremely comfortable. We have had new upholstery fitted in a high quality French toile fabric. The internal padding and horse hair is very good and comfortable. The frames have been re finished to a high standard. So this beautiful set is in truly superb condition for the home.
