Exceptional Large Oak Renaissance Bookcase c.1850

This incredible Victorian Large Library Bookcase cane from a castle in the south of France. Mid Victorian in date and made from solid Oak. Wonderful Quality as is often the case when the Victorians made something so grand. There are 6 glazed upper doors, drawers along the middle and 6 panelled doors below. All the carving is excellent quality and the middle section is breakfront, the 8 columns are a very nice feature. The bookcase comes apart into many sections.
